Westside Cellular Return, Exchange, Warranty Form & Information



Please fill out and submit the below Returns Form below to request a Return Authorization for a Return, Exchange, Warranty replacement. Please read our Info page that also lists Our Store Policies, that customers are asked to review before completing a purchase. REFUND or EXCHANGE
  • 14 Day Refund Policy - Refund Request within 14 days from the date the order was received


  • WARRANTY
  • Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Accessories: up to a 1 Year Warranty direct through the manufacturer.
    Most Original Accessories are purchased through our World Class Distributor TESSCO, who is an Authorized OEM Distributor.
  • Wireless Solutions Brand Accessories: manufacturer direct warranty up to 1 year.
  • Other Name Brands: 90 Days to 1 year Warranty Directly through the manufacturer.
    Including: Plantronics, Jabra, Milante, FutureDial, Susteen, Wilson Cellular
  • Aftermarket (Non-Name Brand): 14 day Warranty directly through Westside Cellular.

    Return, Exchange & Warranty requests are processed within 2 to 3 normal business days, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded) At that time, you will be e-mailed a response with the RMA number / RMA instructions.

    Speedy Replacement Option: (Recommended)
    A) Fax back signed Return Authorization E-mail which you will receive with in 2-3 days after submitting your request. Fax to 714-276-9016 and your replacement product ships out RIGHT AWAY.

    Standard Exchange / Replacement Option:
    1. Replacement shipped after RETURN ITEM(S) are received and pass testing/ inspection, up to 2 weeks processing time.

  • Exchange - what item you would like as a replacement ?
  • Warranty / Defective - Describe defect, part # from invoice, part number on the packaging, your cell phone model and carrier.
  • Mis-shipped - part # from invoice, part number on the packaging, your cell phone model and carrier.


  • STORE POLICY
  • Customer is Responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Return or Exchange: Product must be in original condition, original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
  • Products returned for a refund are charged a 20% restocking fee.
  • Standard Exchange: Customer authorizes Westside Cellular to bill credit card $6.95 for shipping out new product.
  • Mis-shipped product: If you are sent an incorrect product we pay to ship out the correct replacement by USPS Priority Mail.
  • Warranty Replacements: Westside Cellular pays shipping cost to send a replacement by USPS Priority Mail.
  • Free Promotional Accessories: If you Return an item that includes a free item, you must return the free item or you will be charged for it.
  • Non Returnable products: All software products, FutureDial Software, DataPilot Data Kits including Clearance or All Sales Final. External Antennas or Install Car Kits can not be returned if installation is attempted.
  • Write Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly on outside of box.
  • Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Items not in compliance with this return policy will be returned back to you at your expense, or may be subject to additional fees.
