How To Place An Order - Payment Methods

Online Orders
are accepted from within the US 50 states
You can place your order online by completing our order form or call to place your order by phone at (714) 926-5626
We accept PayPal, AMEX, Discover, MasterCard and VISA
*Note if your ATM bank card has a Visa or MaterCard Logo on it you
can use your ATM card as a credit card. Billing information must
be exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement.
Any error in completing this form may result in the delay or cancellation
of your order.
Please Include a contact phone #, we often verify orders
by phone to further reduce the risk of fraud.
**Deliveries require a signature, if you are not home, the driver will leave a delivery notice.
Simply sign the back of the delivery notice, leave it out for the driver and your package will
be left for you the following day..
Westside Cellular reserves the right to require additional forms
of identification before an order is accepted. All contact information
is strictly for order processing only.

Orders:
Order by phone with one of our Sales Representatives,
call us at (714)962-5626 from 9 am - 5 pm PST. If all lines are tied up and you reach our voice mail, Please feel free to email us with your contact information and best time to call, and a representative will return your call. We will accept AMEX, Discover, Master
Card, VISA, or Mail us your order using a Check or Money Order (Allow 14 days for processing
checks greater than $200.) Westside Cellular does not extended
credit terms.
FAX Orders:
To place an order by fax, use our Online Ordering System to generate
your order, and then print out the order. Fax your order to 714-276-9016
or you may send a written request by email. You must include,
items you wish to purchase and your Credit Card information. Also,
the type of credit card, card number, expiration date, credit
card billing address, contact phone number and shipping address
if it is different from the billing address, You must include
a contact phone number.
Sales
Tax:
Sales Tax on orders shipping to California only. CA residents pay 8.25% sales tax, which includes Orange County and state sales tax. *Excluded: Government and Military.

TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE:
Submit a Refund / Exchange Request within 14 days from the date the order was received.
Westside Cellular Store Policy applies to all refund, exchange or warranty requests.

Return, Exchange & Warranty requests are processed within 2 to 3 normal business days, Monday through Friday (holidays excluded) At that time, you will be e-mailed a response to your request.

STORE POLICY |
Customer is Responsible for all return shipping costs.
Return or Exchange: Product must be in original condition, original product packaging, uncut, unmodified and unused.
Products returned for a refund are charged a 20% restocking fee.
Standard Exchange: Customer authorizes Westside Cellular to bill credit card $6.95 for shipping out new product.
Mis-shipped product: If you are sent an incorrect product we pay to ship out the correct replacement by USPS Priority Mail.
Warranty Replacements: Westside Cellular pays shipping cost to send a replacement by USPS Priority Mail.
Free Promotional Accessories: If you Return an item that includes a free item, you must return the free item or you will be charged for it.
Non Returnable products: All software products, FutureDial Software, Mobile Phone Tools, DataPilot Data Kits including Clearance or All Sales Final. External Antennas or Install Car Kits can not be returned if installation is attempted.
Write Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number clearly on outside of box.
Original Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Items not in compliance with this return policy will be returned back to you at your expense, or may be subject to additional fees.

3 Day UPS Price:$17.95: 48 US States (excludes Alaska & Hawaii), Shipping Time: 3 days + (0 to 1 days processing time)
2 Day UPS Price:$31.95: (48 US states) - (excludes Alaska & Hawaii), Shipping Time: 2 days + (0 to 1 day processing time)
2 Day UPS Price:$32.95: (Alaska & Hawaii ONLY), Shipping Time: 2 days + (0 to 1 day processing time)
USPS Express to Canada Price:$32.95: (5 to 7 days - Canada shipping) Shipping Time plus + (0 to 1 day processing time)
Overnight UPS Price:$45.00: All 50 US States (includes Alaska & Hawaii, Shipping Time: 2 days + (0 to 1 day processing time)
2. Shipping
Time
Most orders received Mon-Fri, will be proccessed to ship within 0 to 3 business
days or less. Orders are shipped from our California, Nevada and Maryland Distribution Centers.
We will contact you via email if there are any questions, changes,
or delays in shipping your order. Once the order is received and
accepted, you will receive an email confirming the order.
TRACKING NUMBERS
Please allow up to the end of the 3rd business day after the order
was placed to receive your orders tracking number!

Shipping Disclaimer: Westside Cellular is not responsible for
delay in shipping due to circumstances beyond our control. We
will notify you if there is any known reason for delay. Westside
Cellular is not liable for any damage or loss incurred as a result
of shipping and handling.
